WHO ARE WE?
We are an insured company that will come in and make your dirty hoods look like new within hours.  This is done by covering your equipment and closing off the area with plastic.  We then use an environmentally friendly chemical to loosen the grease.  We will then pressure wash your hood, ducts, exhaust fan, and motor.  Whatever grease remains on your system will be removed by hand.  All the grease and dirt is then collected into a large container and removed.  At the same time, we make sure the motor is in good working order by checking the fan blades, mounts, and belts.  now we are ready for the final inspection and a high quality polish is put on.  then we clean up so your workers work for you, not us.
